Complete your first castleville Spellcasting Challenge with Professor Plume and get your very own Mage Academy Pigasus! The Spells & Enchantments Wing of the Mage Academy can also be use repeatedly to get you great rewards like random spell parts!

Castleville Mage Academy Spellcasting Quests

First, you'll get a new plot of land to un-Gloom, over by the Magic Academy:

Quest 1:

While hiding the Mage Academy Professor Plume apparently misplaced an entire wing of the school. Go find it in the new area!

Castleville Quests Tasks

Have 3 bifocals so that Professor Plume can see the revealed wing.
Expand into the Gloom to reveal the Mage Academy.
Reveal the Spells and Enchantments Wing by expanding into the Gloom.

You'll need to start thawing out the wing because everything you need to start is in there.

Thaw out the Spells and Enchantments Wing!
Collect from the Spells and Enchantments Wing with a Magical Tome.
Tax 7 homes to make sure no one else was caught in the Ice Hex!

Charm 1 Gloom Rat with the Charm Gloom Rat Spell to show off your magical prowess!
Clear 3 Icy Brambles from around the Kingdom to help clean up.
Go Fishing 4 times to help Professor Plume relax where we defend the Academy.

Wake up Professor Plume's pet pig Porkins!
Craft 5 Sun Staffs to remove Slumber Shrooms!
Use 1 Animal Cracker on an Adult Animal to perk it up!

Click on the slumbering Porkins (or on a Slumber Shroom) to start crafting a Sun Staff (they are craftable in the Studio):
